Has the baby got a tongue-tie?

Is baby calm when feeding and content after most feeds?

Soft yellow stools?

Is breastfeeding comfortable?

Does she notice any changes in the baby when she has something specific in her diet?

Any mixed feeding?

Is the baby constipated?

Does the baby have loose stools?

If diarrhoea, is this following gastroenteritis?

Is there mucus or blood in stools?

Is there severe nappy rash?

Is there abdominal distension?

Is there refusal to feed?

Is there arching of the back?

Are there symptoms of colic look at time of day this occurs?

Any nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose or congestion?

Any wheezing or shortness of breath?

Review weight history - Any faltering growth?

Is the skin red (erythema)?

Is there any rashes or weals or swelling?
